Terra Nova’s Healing Homes provides home wellness services including decluttering, organization, therapeutic and sensory design, and supportive setup for accessibility and comfort. Services are tailored to client needs but may vary depending on availability, budget, and scope.

2. Consultations & Estimates

​

• Initial consultations may be provided free of charge (unless otherwise stated).

• Service rates are generally billed at $50 per hour, unless a custom estimate is agreed upon.

• Estimates are provided in good faith and may be adjusted if the scope of work changes.

 

3. Payments

​

• Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Respect scheduled appointments; cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.​

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are not provided for completed services but adjustments may be made at our discretion to ensure client satisfaction.

 

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

 

Our services are non-medical and non-therapeutic in the clinical sense. While we focus on mental wellness, comfort, and accessibility in the home, our work does not replace medical, psychological, or occupational therapy advice. Always consult licensed professionals for medical or therapeutic needs.

7. Insurance & Safety

• Terra Nova’s Healing Homes is a licensed and insured business. We carry liability insurance to protect both our clients and our team while services are being provided.

• We take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe, respectful, and professional service delivery.

• Clients are encouraged to notify us of any health or safety concerns prior to services so we can work together to maintain a safe environment.

 

8. Liability

• While insured, Terra Nova’s Healing Homes is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or hazards within the client’s home.

• Clients remain responsible for final decisions regarding keeping, discarding, or donating items. We will not be held liable for loss, damage, or regret regarding such decisions.

• Except as covered by our liability insurance, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.
